Stronger together

Support Your Mates
We welcome all donations - big or small - that can help us deliver and evaluate the MATES program here in North America. Your donation will go towards our operating expenses as we carry out this pilot and prepare to scale the program for the industry next year.

Partnering to save lives.
The MATES approach to partnerships reflects our staunch belief that change is possible when we as an industry, view suicide prevention a permanent part of safety culture.
By partnering with us, you’ll play a critical role in the collective effort, and drive a genuine shift in suicide rates in our industry.

Partnership not Sponsorship
MATES takes a shared value approach to partnership. With whole-of-industry engagement as our goal, we’re looking for partners who’ll join us in advocacy, in-kind support and co-ownership of our mission and results.

Many tiers of support
MATES offers six distinct engagement levels for our partners, ranging from funding and in-kind support to implementation and advocacy. This structure gives employers, industry bodies and philanthropy groups the flexibility to contribute in ways that match their capacity.

Collective impact and ownership
MATES’ intent is to align our industry behind a common mission and a shared outcome. That’s how we’ll ignite the industry-wide change needed to end suicide in construction: by standing together.
PARTNERSHIP WITH RETURNS
Beyond saving lives, partnering with MATES offers a significant return on investment for organisations of all types.
