Wykisha McKinney, Program Operations Manager at MATES North America Pilot, leads the development of systems, processes, and implementation strategies for a national workplace mental health and suicide prevention initiative. Wykisha has held key leadership roles supporting large-scale mental health and suicide prevention initiatives, with a focus on building sustainable programs, strengthening partnerships, and expanding access to care. She is currently a doctoral candidate in Business Administration with a specialization in nonprofit leadership, grounding her work in evidence-informed, strategic approaches to suicide prevention.
